The Autocloser automatic garage door closer attaches to most residential garage door openers and will automatically close the door after the user specified closing time. The times can be set to 2, 5, 10, 15 or 20 minutes. Autocloser comes equipped with a disable button that will allow the door to remain open if needed.

The Doorminder incorporates the same microcontroller technology as the Autocloser. The Doorminder has a wider range of closing delay settings. It can be set to closing delays as short as 15 seconds, and closes the door more rapidly than the Autocloser. The Doorminder is intended for use in higher traffic areas and an additional motion detector/sensor is required.

i-touch and i-access kit
The i-touch with i-access kit comes with everything you need to add biometric control to any door including your garage door. It can be used to control access through any door when an electric strike or magnetic lock is used (not included). The i-touch can learn and recognize up to 30 fingerprints and 30 numeric entry codes.
